Wouh weekend new-heeews!
Hey dudes, what's up?
I felt like updating today again and.. well I guess it's been a while hahaha. Oh man, I'm so lazy lately @___@
Last friday I sent some papers to my professor, including a self-assessment in order to get her letter of recommendation, so I can hand in my application for a sholarship for foreign studies. I don't have much hope to get it anyway.. because there are so many people applying. >___<
I had to formulate an idea for my bachelor's thesis. I got two already but they're so... poorly conceived up until now. T___T
Hm that's one of the reasons why I'm so stressed lately. Even if I'm doing nothing, really.. I am so lazy and lethargic, I feel like I were working 12 hours straight a day.
Hmmm... so for distraction I attended a concert again. Friday I went to the Imperial Never Say Die! club tour here in Leipzig. Seven bands for only 19,50 Euro *____*
I only knew HORSE the band, all the other ones were a surprise and oooooh my gawd. This was an experiment soooo worth the try. :D
My personal highlights were Iwrestledabearonce, HORSE the band and Architects.
Krysta Cameron, the singer of IWABO is sooooooooooooooooo gorgeous *____* she is one of the best live singers I ever heard. Seriously. And a mega uber great plus is.. that she wore a fuckin' furby costume on stage. :D
Here is a video a dude made at the concert:
Graaaaah *_*
So cool!
Ah the other bands where The Ghost Inside, Oceano, As Blood Runs Black and Despised Icon. They were really cool, too.. but no bands I would listen daily to. ^^ Especially Despised Icon got kind of boring after a while - music-wise. But they had a coooool stage show *_*
It was an awesome party at and in front of the stage anyways. I couldn't find any videos of it, but there were always people from the crowd on the stage jumping off for stage driving or just dancing with the musicians. Haha. Great.
Plus.. the mosh pit was one of the best I've ever had.. or let's say "seen mostly". Because I felt a little insecure I stayed out of the pit most of the time, but watching it was nearly better, I guess.
There were moshing Capoeira dudes, who did high kicks and stuff. And duuuuudes there were moments when I only hoped that they would be fast enough. O_O
But they were. No one was hurt during their kicking actions :D
And.. oh I saw one thing for the first time: When the Architects played some kind of smoother melodies, some guys in the pit randomly started moving like crabs. You know, walking sideways shaking their arms like carbs' pincers. And not a second later there were like 7 people doing this from both sides. It looked so great. I nearly buckled myself to the ground because I had to laugh so much XD
So you see I had a lot of fun *_*
The next weeks will be full of concerts, too. I mean, in the last two weeks I had two concerts, the next one will be K.I.Z. in Dresden, 4th December and after that, 25th December the Darkness Over X-Mas tour in Leipzig again *__* arrrrrrgh! I'm stoked <3
Yes. Oh.. and another new thing for me. I've been shaking and thinking for 2 years, but now.. finally I got my first (and only?!) piercing. NYAHAHAHARRRR!
It's not in the face, as some of you may know, that I won't do this because of cosplay and stuff. Hohohohoo well.. short things short: It's a nipple piercing <3
Aww it went so fast. O_O Chantal, my piercer was like: "Breathe in *sharp pain oh my gaaawd!!!!* uhm... you need to breathe out, too." Me: *pheeew* "Oh.. it's... gone." She: "Okay, once more - Breathe in *paaain ooooh* and out.. you know.. k we're done!"
Me: "Done?! I mean.. done? Hm.. I expected it to.. be longer?!"
She laughed at meeeee T___T
Anyways.. it was awesome *_* It still hurts, of course, but it looks pretty cool <3 nyahaha.
The quote of the day from Chantal, again, after she marked the place for the piercing: "Yeah.. cool, now shake it baby!"
I so wanted to see my face this moment :D
Haha.. okay.. so that's it from my side.
Hope you had a great weekend.
