YAAATTA finally I'm done with the translation of Mucc's "Yasashii Uta"... whoaaa it took me THREE fuckin weeks to find out the meaning of ONE sentence (the one marked with the *) ~~~~
Anyways, here you got it:
Whoaaah, while translating it into German and after that into English I recognized again that every language has its boundaries... for example, the title of this song... in German it sounds kinda crappy... "freudig" has not the meaning for me, the song evokes, when I listen to it... but I can't find another expression... @_@ That's why I like the English translation "joyful" here lots more ... it's difficult to explain, but "joyful" implies the meaning "yasashii" has for me in this song more than any other German word ^^;;;
On the other hand I almost died on finding words for the English "sound"... in German we have "erklingen", "tönen" or whatever... if you seek, you'll find a bunch of German expression for "sound" arrrgh ...
What I wanna say is: I'd prefer a translation in German AND English to get the entire meaning of that song but... gnaaah it seems something even can't be translated in a compact way from Japanese into German nor English... like the line marked with the * ...
Seriously... dudes.. I almost DIED on it XD~
Gnaah I hope these translations will make it a little more understandable and... yahahahhaa I RABU RABU RABU this song ^___^
next translations on my list:
Yamashita Tomohisa's "Yubiwa" and "Himawari"
Tegomasu's "Kiss~kaerimichi no love song~"
so far... have a nice day XD~
(maybe I'll write another personal things related entry later... I guess this one contains quite enough information)
